Guarantee Policy

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to verify validity before arrival by requesting a pre-authorization on the card. If the card is invalid or declined, the reservation will be cancelled.

Cancel Policy

• Cancel for free by 4:00 PM 2 days, prior to arrival date

Reservations must be cancelled by 4PM local time 48 hours prior to arrival. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur penalty charges 1st night plus tax.
