  • To reach Nobu Hotel Atlanta, drive to Phipps Drive NE, where the front entrance and valet access are located in front of Lifetime and Citizens Market. If you’re parking yourself, continue to the end of Phipps Drive NE to access the parking garage. Once inside, turn right on the P3 level, and you’ll find a black wall with the Nobu sign and glass doors. Reserved hotel guest parking is located in front of these doors. After parking, enter through the glass doors and take the elevators directly to the lobby.

    A typical hotel room uses approximately 30-50 gallons of water per day for housekeeping, including laundry of linens and towels.

    REDUCED WASTE

  • There is a daily hold of $200 for incidentals. This allows you to bill charges from any hotel outlet to your room. Any amount that is not used will be refunded to your card upon check-out. Please allow 7 – 14 business days for the refund to reflect on the credit card/bank statements.

    • Overnight self-parking is included in the destination fee when you make a hotel booking. If your rate does not include the destination fee, overnight self-parking is $35 USD per night.
    • The daily rate for valet parking is $20 USD for 8 hours.
    • Overnight valet parking is $50 USD per night.

  • Yes, Nobu Hotel is pet-friendly! We welcome your furry friends to join you during your stay. There are also many parks nearby, providing plenty of space for walks and playtime.

    To ensure the safety of our guests, as well as the safety of your pet, please review the pet policy. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be applied to your bill upon check-in. This covers the extra cleaning process provided to keep our furry friends healthy and happy. All guests traveling with a pet must present a valid credit card upon check-in and a signed pet agreement form.

  • No, these facilities are not available at the hotel. However, they are available at LifeSpa, and guests receive access to the steam room, sauna, and hot tub when a treatment is booked with LifeSpa.

  • No. Access to LifeSpa’s facilities is only available when a spa service is booked. Facilities are not included with a standard hotel stay.

  • When you book a service at LifeSpa, you receive access to their full facilities for the day, including the gym, café, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and rooftop pool.

  • Yes. To ensure availability, reservations at LifeSpa are recommended. You can book directly with the spa.
