Greener Stay Program

At Nobu Hotel Atlanta, we are taking steps to improve sustainability. As part of our Green Program, we invite guests to opt out of housekeeping service during their stay, allowing us to conserve valuable resources. For each guest who chooses this eco-friendly option, we contribute $5 to the Georgia Conservancy or offer an additional $5 in minibar credit. By participating, you help save water and reduce energy consumption. Join us in making a positive impact—together, we can create a greener future while enjoying an exceptional stay.

WATER CONSERVATION
A typical hotel room uses approximately 30-50 gallons of water per day for housekeeping, including laundry of linens and towels.

ENERGY SAVINGS
Turndown service often requires additional energy for lighting and cooling during the cleaning process. Combined with laundry energy reductions hotels can see overall energy savings of up to 20-30% per room.

REDUCED WASTE
Each turndown service can generate waste from discarded toiletries, and other amenities. Minimizing these services helps reduce overall waste, contributing to lower landfill volumes.

CUMULATIVE IMPACT
If just 10 guests opt-out of turndown service per day, this can lead to a reduction of approximately 4.5 tons of CO2 emissions annually.
