The Nobu Restaurant Shoreditch isn’t just a place to dine, it’s the foundation of your entire experience. The menu—an attraction in itself—is defined by the inspired flavours and innovative dishes mastered by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Drawing inspiration from Japanese and South American flavours, it features signature dishes including Black Cod Miso, Rock Shrimp Tempura, and Yellowtail Jalapeño, along with exclusive offerings that capture the essence of Shoreditch’s culinary spirit.

Seating 240 guests, the Nobu Restaurant Shoreditch features a sushi counter, lounge and bar area, and outdoor courtyard for intimate moments shared over exquisite cuisine, to lively evenings spent in good company.
