Inspired by Nobu restaurant’s signature style, our new weekday lunch menu brings together bold, clean flavours with a light, modern touch, created to be enjoyed al fresco on the terrace. Choose from fresh salads, sushi, sliders, tacos, and new additions like the vibrant Salmon Poke Bowl—each offering a balanced take on lunchtime dining. For a true taste of the menu, our Taste of Nobu sharing platters for two feature a curated selection of standout dishes, including signature Sashimi and Nigiri, Spicy Tuna Hand Rolls, and Shrimp & Dragonfruit Ceviche, all designed to be shared and savoured.
