The menu is defined by the inspired flavors and innovative dishes mastered by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, influenced by his years of working in Tokyo and South America. Blending elements of Japanese and Peruvian, cuisine, the menu features signature dishes including Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Sashimi, and Rock Shrimp Tempura.
