An open-air destination on our second floor infused with the glamorous charm of Belle Époque architecture, Nobu San Sebastián is a relaxed and refined indoor-to-outdoor oasis overlooking sweeping views of La Concha Bay.

The menu is defined by the inspired flavors and innovative dishes mastered by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, influenced by his years of working in Tokyo and South America. Blending elements of Japanese and Peruvian, cuisine, the menu features signature dishes including Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Sashimi, and Rock Shrimp Tempura. Complementing these iconic dishes are exclusive creations blending Basque influences and local produce with Nobu’s culinary ethos.
