4 Hands Dinner: Polish Flavors & Wines

On 26–27 September, Nobu Warsaw invites guests to an extraordinary culinary dialogue: 4 Hands Dinner: Polish Flavors & Wines.

For two nights only, Executive Chef Joshua joins forces with Chef Igor Arent-Rabiej of Craft Wrocław – known for his minimalist, product-focused philosophy and dedication to local produce. Together, they present a tasting menu that celebrates Polish terroir, elevated with Nobu’s signature refinement.

The experience begins with a toast of Polish Rosenfeld Brut Nature, followed by a sequence of dishes that balance innovation and tradition.  On the menu, among others: Toro Yuzu Truffle with Caviar to Kombu-Aged Roe Deer with Wasabi Root, and a delicate Japanese Cheesecake with Lingonberries. Each course reflects craftsmanship, harmony, and flavor at its purest.

To complement the menu, guests may enjoy a curated selection of Polish wines from renowned vineyards, chosen to enhance and elevate each dish.

4-hands Omakase Dinner: 550 PLN per person | Wine Pairing: 250 PLN per person

How to reserve: Make a reservation for 26 or 27 September and select the 4 Hands Dinner upgrade to pay online, or simply choose the Polish Flavors & Wines menu directly at the restaurant.
