  • Complimentary upgrades for VIPs/organisers – up to five rooms (subject to availability).

  • Within a DDR package, enhanced healthy breaks featuring nutritious, balanced snacks and fresh smoothies.

  • Complimentary hire of the 9m LED wall (subject to availability).

Booking Terms & Conditions
  • Offer is subject to availability and valid for new bookings confirmed for the following months: April, May, October, November, and December.
  • Benefits apply to bookings with a minimum total contracted revenue of £20,000.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer.
  • Room nights are cumulative (e.g., 40 paid room nights qualify for two complimentary nights).
  • Complimentary upgrades for VIPs/organisers – up to five rooms, upgraded to junior suites (subject to availability). As these are VIPs, we believe suites are the appropriate category and it is subject to availability
  • The welcome drinks reception includes one drink per delegate; canapés are not included.
  • Enhanced healthy breaks are available within a DDR package only.
  • Complimentary hire of the LED Wall is included; any additional technical requirements or technician support will be charged at standard rates.
