Booking Terms & Conditions:

Offer is subject to availability and valid for new bookings confirmed for the following months: April, May, October, November, and December.
Benefits apply to bookings with a minimum total contracted revenue of £20,000.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer.
Room nights are cumulative (e.g., 40 paid room nights qualify for two complimentary nights).
Complimentary upgrades for VIPs/organisers – up to five rooms, upgraded to junior suites (subject to availability). As these are VIPs, we believe suites are the appropriate category and it is subject to availability.
The welcome drinks reception includes one drink per delegate; canapés are not included.
Enhanced healthy breaks are available within a DDR package only.
Complimentary hire of the LED Wall is included; any additional technical requirements or technician support will be charged at standard rates.
