This winter, Executive Chef Michael Paul has created a beautiful Afternoon Tea menu featuring favourites such as Nobu Crispy Rice and Black Cod Butter Lettuce, served alongside our famous Chicken Kara-Age Slider with Creamy Aji Amarillo.

Discover the art and ritual of matcha in an immersive masterclass, followed by a refined afternoon tea experience. The Matcha Masterclass and Afternoon Tea will be held on the ground floor.

The 30-minute Matcha Masterclass takes place in Nobu Bar, where guests are guided through the history, preparation, and ceremonial significance of matcha. Following the masterclass, guests will be seated in The Lounge to enjoy a full Afternoon Tea.
