Nobu Hotel London Portman Square presents the Frieze Edition Afternoon Tea, a unique celebration of art and flavour. Inspired by Atkin’s evocative sculpture piece Nomad, the menu celebrates the journeys of the human spirit across the globe, whilst also drawing on the remarkable travels of Chef Nobu throughout his career. Nobu pastry chefs have specially crafted the Nomad Grapefruit and Passion Fruit Delight, an intricate cake, designed to echo the form and texture of the artwork and a vibrant tribute to exploration. The savoury selection includes the bold Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice alongside Nobu signatures such as the Sushi House Roll, Smoked Salmon Shokupan Club, Truffle Tamago and the Nobu-Style Wagyu Slider.
