Drawing on Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s travels, iconic creations and signature approach to Japanese cuisine, each course brings together exceptional produce and the distinctive spirit of Nobu.

With the seasons at the heart of our cuisine, the Autumn Omakase is curated daily by our Head Chefs, allowing the menu to evolve with the finest ingredients available. Expect a progression of sushi, seafood, meat and seasonal creations, thoughtfully prepared to showcase the flavours and textures of autumn. A unique expression of Japanese culinary heritage with a distinctive Nobu Portman Square flair, the Autumn Omakase offers an intimate and immersive dining experience in the heart of London.
