Nobu Pilates—the first of its kind—offers a unique and dynamic approach to Pilates developed by Marsha Lindsay, our Creative Director, fusing the principles of classical Pilates with new and dynamic techniques. Our innovative, light-filled reformer Pilates studio in the heart of Marylebone offers three signature classes: POWER, PRECISION, and PURE.

For a personalised experience, PRESCRIBE offers tailor-made classes that combine all three pillars of Nobu Pilates, providing one-on-one attention and targeted workouts.
With a maximum of ten participants per class, you receive individual attention while enjoying the group dynamic. Private one-on-one training is also available. Please contact us to book a one-on-one session.
