ON EXHIBITION ITINERARY

  • How to participate?

    1. Book your stay from May 15 to June 15, 2026, and travel from May 15 to July 18, 2026.
    2. Upon confirming your reservation, you will receive a participation link in your booking confirmation email.
    3. This link will take you to an official page where you must enter your reservation number and your full name (as the reservation holder).
    4. Once validated, you can submit your prediction for the teams you believe will be the Champion and Runner-up of the great soccer celebration. Finally, click the “Make your guess” button.
    5. Only forms received by 11:59 PM on July 15th, 2026 (GMT-5 / US Central Time) will be eligible.
    6. Only the first entry per reservation will be accepted. Additional entries will be discarded.
    7. Following the tournament’s conclusion on July 19, 2026, all entries will be verified, and guests who correctly predicted the outcome will be selected.
    8. An email will be sent to participants who correctly guessed and met the promotion conditions on July 22, 2026. This email will include instructions for claiming the free stay.
    9. You will have until July 31, 2026, to claim your free stay.

    You must comply with all promotion conditions to be eligible to participate and win a free stay.

     

  • If eligible participants correctly predict the countries (Champion and Runner-up of the 2026 Major Soccer Tournament), they will receive a future complimentary stay, subject to the following conditions:

    • Location: At the same hotel originally booked.
    • Duration: For the same number of nights as the original stay.
    • Room Category: In the same room category originally booked or a lower category. If the original category is unavailable, a lower category may be assigned based on eligibility, original occupancy, and promotional inventory availability. In such cases, no compensation, refund, rate difference, or credit will apply.
    • Occupancy: For the same number of occupants (adults and children) as the original reservation.

    The original reservation holder must travel. Accompanying guests may change, provided the total number of occupants from the original reservation is not exceeded, and the ratio of adults to children is maintained.

    Travel Window: The complimentary stay must be used between July 19, 2026, and October 31, 2027. The stay must be used in a single visit and cannot be split into multiple stays.

    The following are NOT permitted:

    • Modifying the ratio of adults to children;
    • Increasing the total number of occupants;
    • Increasing the number of rooms;
    • Substituting adults for children or vice-versa;
    • Room category upgrades.

    The complimentary stay is personal and non-transferable. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, alternative services, or credits. It may not be sold, assigned, or commercialized. It is not cumulative or combinable with other promotions or offers and does not apply to groups, events, weddings, conventions, or any type of group booking.

    The complimentary stay includes only accommodation in the applicable room category and the same meal plan originally booked. It does not include incidental costs such as air or ground transportation, transfers, excursions, insurance, visas, taxes, gratuities, or additional consumption.     Participating Hotels and their affiliates shall not be held responsible for the rescheduling or cancellation of the sporting event for any reason, nor for the inability to redeem the stay due to force majeure events, including acts of God, severe weather, utility failures, strikes, acts of terrorism, national emergencies, pandemics, or government regulations beyond their reasonable control.
