Student Policy

In our commitment to providing an unparalleled experience for every traveler, we kindly ask student groups to review our residency and conduct policies.

  • An adult or legal guardian over 30 years of age is required to stay in each room.
  • Students under 18 years of age must travel and share a room with a parent/legal guardian. (No exceptions).
  • Proof of age required: All students will be required to provide their valid passports upon check-in.
  • The legal drinking age in Mexico is 18, and it is strictly enforced. Alcohol will only be served to students 18 years of age and older. The hotel staff reserves the right to ask for an I.D. at any time. Underage drinking and providing alcohol to minors is punished by law.
  • Bringing alcohol to hotel premises or taking it out of hotel premises is not allowed.
  • Tape recorders, radios, and any other sound devices (including Bluetooth devices) may not be used in the rooms, building, or the pool area; guests are only allowed to use them with headphones. Please remember, other guests at the hotel do not wish to be disturbed by loud music.
  • A credit card will be required upon check-in as a guarantee in the event of damage to the property.
  • Guests will be financially and legally responsible for all damages and disruptions caused to and on the property.
  • The hotel can and will suspend any or all of its services to guests who display or enact improper conduct, offensive and/or unacceptable, and/or dangerous to others and/or themselves.
