Code ECPAT Nobu Hotel Los Cabos

In an effort to raise collective awareness of the serious issue of Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents in Travel and Tourism (CSEC), PAM Hotels has joined the International Protection Network dedicated to ending the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in tourism, through The Code and ECPAT (End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purposes).

The Code is an initiative created in 1998 by ECPAT Sweden, tour operators, and the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). Its purpose is to engage the private sector of the tourism industry in a global protection network aimed at preventing the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents worldwide.

Through these programs, PAM Hotels takes action in multiple ways, including:

  • Training team members at all levels

  • Developing and implementing prevention and action protocols across hotels and business units

  • Enforcing a Code of Conduct in which all members play a fundamental role

PAM Hotels Manifesto on the Protection of Children and Adolescents

We are an establishment that guides its business practices through a framework of social responsibility, supporting the prevention, detection, and reporting of sexual and labor exploitation of children and adolescents.

Across our facilities, and in line with our commitment to child and adolescent protection, we implement continuous training and awareness programs for team members in all business units.

We categorically reject any form of human trafficking, particularly the sexual and/or labor exploitation of children and adolescents. If a crime of this nature is detected involving a guest or supplier, we will immediately activate and execute our Action Protocol for the Protection of Children and Adolescents.

PAM Hotels employees uphold this commitment to society, striving to provide quality service while positively contributing to the communities in which we operate.
