This exceptional showcase will take place at the newly renovated La Plaza on Monday, 2nd June 2025.

Experience Chef Nobu’s legendary Japanese-Peruvian techniques as he prepares one of his signature creations live before your eyes. Our master will share the philosophy and precision behind his world-renowned cuisine, offering insights into the culinary innovation that has made Nobu a global phenomenon.

Complementing this extraordinary experience, Chef Izu Ani will showcase his Mediterranean expertise from GAIA Marbella, while Michelin-starred Chef Dani García presents his innovative Andalusian cuisine from Leña Marbella.

Following the demonstrations, guests will enjoy these same exceptional dishes prepared by the talented teams from each restaurant, creating a complete sensory journey through world-class cuisine. All proceeds will benefit the Spanish Red Cross and their humanitarian initiatives.
