Premium Japanese A5 Wagyu and Hibiki Japanese Whisky from the House of Suntory take center stage in Japanese Wagyu & Whisky: A Limited-Edition Experience. This harmonious pairing menu has been thoughtfully designed and crafted by Executive Chef Eleni Manousou alongside her culinary and bar teams.

Launching on Thursday, 15 January 2026, the evening will welcome industry experts, including the House of Suntory’s brand ambassador, who will share the story behind this exceptional collaboration. Each course highlights the prized marbling and deep umami of Japanese Wagyu, beautifully complemented by the rose, sandalwood, and Mizunara oak notes of Hibiki Japanese Whisky.

Following the launch, the menu will return on Thursdays, 22 and 29 January, and 5 February, with the Nobu Marbella à la carte menu available alongside.
