This February, Margarita Month arrives at Nobu Marbella. Four signature margaritas, one new creation each week, each reimagining the classic in true Nobu style.

Sakura Garden. Tequila Patrón mixed with rose water, lavender syrup, and sakura vermouth. Delicate and refined.

Mango Tequila Rice. Premium tequila shaken with homemade mango syrup and rice milk. Smooth and rich.

White Gold. Parmesan-infused tequila and local Tío Pepe Palomino Fino, shaken with tomato water and basil cordial. Bold and savoury.

Flor de Higo. Tequila Patrón and orange mezcal, steeped by hand and mixed with our homemade fig syrup. Finished with citrus salt to bring each flavour to life.
