Exclusively for our hotel guests, the adults-only Nobu Pool sits elevated above our Golden Mile resort, with views of La Concha mountain. Swim laps in the morning, choose a lounger under the Andalusian sun, or sink into an oversized daybed whilst resident DJs play from noon onwards.

Your retreat for sun-drenched days also offers the shade of a covered pergola by the Nobu Pool Bar. Order a Ginger & Jalapeño Margarita or a fresh coconut, fire-branded with our name. If you’re in the pool, your Palosanto Lemonade or Lychee Colada arrives on a floating tray, while lunch is brought straight to your lounger—perhaps the Shrimp and Melon Ceviche Agua Chile or the Chilean Wagyu Katsu Sando. By mid-afternoon, enjoy the Nashi Pear Salad with Lobster or Calamari Crujientes with Shiso Salsa as the DJ switches tracks.
