Winter Omakase Experience

Executive Chef Eleni Manousou presents our Nobu Marbella Winter Omakase, a six-course seasonal tasting menu drawing on expertise and creativity from every corner of the kitchen—from the sushi counter to the pastry section.

The menu opens with red shrimp, mango salad, and caviar, followed by crispy rice wagyu tartare with cecina and yuzu truffle, and a signature sushi selection featuring eel nigiri with foie gras. Then comes Dover sole in shiso coconut tosazu with crispy shiitake and pak choi, followed by wagyu inaniwa soup. The final course is an orange pie with yogurt ice cream and local honey.

Each dish is handcrafted with ingredients from Japan and the Mediterranean and prepared with kokoro. Sommelier wine and sake pairings available. Reservations recommended.
