The menu is defined by the inspired flavors and innovative dishes mastered by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, influenced by his years of working in Tokyo and his extensive travels. Blending elements of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, the menu features signature dishes including Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Sashimi, and Rock Shrimp Tempura. Complementing these iconic dishes are creations exclusive to Nobu Barcelona, highlighting traditional Catalan flavors and fresh local produce.

This winter, Nobu Hotel Barcelona presents Vertigo Listenings, an intimate evening where Japanese vinyl, Nobu cuisine, and signature cocktails come together.

Set on the 23rd floor, the experience draws inspiration from Japan’s listening rooms and hi-fi bars, inviting guests to slow down and enjoy music with intention. A Japanese DJ curates the vinyl selection, while a Nobu chef prepares live dishes focused on raw-bar flavours, paired with cocktails crafted with sake and Japanese spirits.
