This residence includes two bedrooms, each with one king bed, and two bedrooms with double king beds. The penthouse is custom-designed for entertaining, offering a spacious chef’s kitchen, a living area with a pool table, and a dining area with seating for eight.

Three private furnished terraces, accessible from floor-to-ceiling glass doors, offer a seamless indoor-to-outdoor experience. Each terrace boasts an outdoor Jacuzzi, a dining area with ample seating, several chaise lounges, a barbecue grill, a spacious countertop and food preparation area, and a large flat-screen TV—all against a backdrop of partial ocean views and the golf course.

Three spa-inspired bathrooms—accented by dark wood, limestone, river-rock walls, and handcrafted décor from local artisans—feature an open rainfall shower with double shower heads, a traditional Onsen teak soaking bathtub, and double vanities.
