The offer provides unlimited daily access to all treatments for every adult. We highly recommend making Spa reservations at least 24 hours beforehand to ensure availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid charges. Any guests who fail to show up for their spa reservations will be charged an additional fee. Not valid for Spa boutique products. The 35% taxes and service fees are not included and must be paid at the end of the service or checkout. Unlimited spa access is not valid from December 26 to January 2, 2027.

The private chef experience must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Private breakfasts with the chef are available at The Restaurant, Nami, or in the residence room.

The daily breakfast credit ranges from 150 USD to 600 USD, based on the booked residence. This credit can be used at The Restaurant, Nami, and through room service. Please note that the credit is not cumulative.

Only one private chef experience applies per stay. The breakfast credit cannot be used on the same day as the private chef experience.
