  • Receive $75 USD in spa credit per adult, per day. The credit applies to: 50-minute massages, facials, and body treatments. It does not apply to the beauty salon, hydrotherapy, or other unspecified services. The credit is not cumulative or transferable and must be used during your stay.
    Important: All treatments redeemed using this benefit are subject to a mandatory 20% tax charge and a 15% service charge, which must be paid upon completion of the service. We recommend booking treatments at least 24 hours in advance. The spa credit promotion is not valid for reservations made for travel from December 26 through January 2, 2027.

  • Transportation to and from the airport (SJD) to the hotel is included in a private Toyota van service for up to 10 guests. All passengers must travel on the same flight and arrive at the same time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. To arrange the transfer service, please email your flight and arrival details to [email protected] at least 48 hours before your arrival.

  • The 10% discount on food and beverages is valid every day, per room, and applies to all venues, including room service. Available to guests traveling through September 30, 2025.

  • Complimentary Spa access is included when booking 4 or more nights and covers all body treatments, facials, massages, and hydrotherapy. The offer provides unlimited daily access to all treatments for every adult. We highly recommend making Spa reservations at least 24 hours beforehand to ensure availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid charges. Any guests who fail to show up for their spa reservations will be charged an additional fee. Not valid for Spa boutique products. Taxes and service fees are not included and must be paid at the end of the service or checkout. Unlimited spa access is not valid from December 26 to January 2nd, 2027.

  • This offer applies only to credit cards issued in Mexico for Visa or Mastercard transactions in MXN. Please provide a credit card in your name as a guarantee for check-in validation. The total charge will be processed upon arrival, with the option to pay in 12 to 20 interest-free installments with participating cards.

    This offer applies to participating cards used to book through our direct and official channels (website, call center, or live chat). The number of interest-free installments varies by participating credit card. This offer does not apply to group bookings or weddings. Restricted dates and other restrictions may apply.   • Includes one complimentary culinary activity of the day* per adult per night. Please reserve your spot 48 hours prior to arrival by emailing [email protected]. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions. One activity per day applies to stays from August 1st to 31st, 2026.

  • Cancellations must be made before 3:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date to avoid penalties and, when applicable, receive a deposit refund. We will charge no-shows and early departures for the full stay. You may modify reservations up to 7 days before arrival.

    Booking Window: June 3 through August 31, 2026.
    Travel Window: June 3 through December 15, 2026.

  • Applies to new reservations booked from August 4th to October 31st, 2026, and to travel in August, September, or October 2026; receive a guaranteed complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, subject to the next available room.
