  • Guests will receive 30% off our professional photography services, available on-site during their stay. The discount applies exclusively to select packages offered by our in-house or affiliated photography team. Photo sessions must be arranged directly with the photography concierge or guest experience team, and are subject to availability. This discount is valid only during the guest’s current stay and cannot be applied to future visits or combined with other photography promotions.

  • Transportation to and from the airport (SJD) to the hotel is included in a private Toyota van service for up to 10 guests. All passengers must travel on the same flight and arrive at the same time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. To arrange the transfer service, please email your flight and arrival details to [email protected] at least 48 hours before your arrival.

  • Complimentary Spa access is included when booking 4 or more nights, including all body treatments, facials, massages, and hydrotherapy. The offer provides unlimited access to all treatments per day for every adult. Applies to Nobu Residences only. We highly recommend making Spa reservations at least 24 hours beforehand to ensure availability. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the service to avoid extra charges. It is not valid for Spa boutique products. Thirty-five percent of taxes and fees are not included and must be paid at the service’s or checkout’s end. No-shows at Spa reservations will incur an extra charge.

  • This offer applies only to credit cards issued in Mexico for transactions in MXN Visa or Mastercard. A deposit equal to one night’s stay will be charged via a payment link that you will receive 24 to 48 hours after booking, from the email address [email protected]. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at reception, with the option to pay in up to 12 interest-free installments, depending on the issuing bank.
