Nobu arrives in the heart of Madrid bringing Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s renowned Japanese-Peruvian cuisine to the Spanish capital.

The menu is defined by the inspired flavours and innovative dishes developed by Chef Nobu throughout his years working in Tokyo and his travels around the world. Combining elements of Japanese and South American cuisine, it features iconic dishes such as Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño and Rock Shrimp Tempura.

Set atop a stunning tri level space designed by Studio Gronda, the experience is complemented by an exclusive eight-seat Sushi Bar, alongside a carefully curated selection of wines, sake and cocktails.
