ICONIC CUISINE IN THE HEART OF MADRID

Nobu arrives in Madrid, bringing Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s celebrated Japanese-Peruvian cuisine to the heart of the city. Signature dishes like Black Cod Miso, Rock Shrimp Tempura, and Yellowtail Sashimi are complemented by seasonal creations and curated cocktails.

NOBU RESTAURANT

Designed by Diego Gronda, Nobu restaurant unfolds across three levels at the corner of Alcalá and Cedaceros. The ground floor offers a relaxed lounge, while the first floor centers on a show kitchen and a 8-seat sushi bar—a stage for the precision of Nobu artistry. Below street level, a sophisticated lounge anchored by an elegant bar invites late-night gatherings in a more intimate setting.

Throughout the space, natural textures and subtle Japanese influences create an environment of calm sophistication—a singular backdrop for one of Madrid’s most distinctive dining experiences.
