Michelle is a yoga and fitness professional with over 12 years of experience. Specializing in Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, and Slow Flow, she creates classes that balance energy and relaxation for all levels.

She holds a 500-hour E-RYT (Yoga Alliance) and additional training in meditation, breathwork, and functional fitness, offering a personalized approach to overall well-being.
