Summer Omakase by Sushi Club, at Nobu Marbella

A limited-edition seven-course tasting menu, from 21 June

This summer, a new limited-edition tasting menu arrives at Nobu Marbella, in collaboration with Sushi Club, the lifestyle and fashion community founded in Beverly Hills by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and Chris Stamp.

You start with a tuna dry miso nori taco, then savour three ways of sashimi crowned with caviar, and a slow-cooked lobster salad with green apple and crispy yuba. Next comes a signature sushi selection of toro, yellowtail and salmon, then white seabream finished in umami, and grilled A5 Japanese wagyu with cherry yakitori. You finish with the Soba Breton, a white chocolate and rhubarb dessert.

Sushi Club is a community built on a shared love of food, art, travel and fashion. Marbella joins Sushi Club cities from St Tropez to Tokyo.
