We’re pleased to announce Nobu Beach Inn, Barbuda — a new hotel and residential retreat set along two miles of untouched Caribbean beachfront.

Building on the presence of Nobu Barbuda on Princess Diana Beach, this next chapter introduces a low-density escape shaped by the island’s natural beauty. The property will feature 36 bedrooms across 17 private villas, destination dining, a beach club, spa, fitness pavilion, and a collection of thoughtfully curated experiences.

A limited collection of 25 beachfront Nobu Residences will also be available, offering turnkey ownership with access to the hotel’s amenities and services.

Nobu Beach Inn, Barbuda, is currently in development, and construction is set to be completed in late 2026.  We invite you to be among the first to receive updates as this new destination takes shape.
