WELCOME TO HOTEL PLAZA ATHÉNÉE NOBU NEW YORK

AWC and Nobu will transform an iconic heritage building on New York’s Upper East Side into Hotel Plaza Athénée Nobu New York. Located moments from Central Park, museums, consulates and some of the city’s most distinguished shopping, the hotel will bring together the heritage of Plaza Athénée with Nobu’s modern approach to luxury lifestyle hospitality. The design will balance European classical architecture with Nobu’s signature simplicity and contemporary Japanese nuances.

Set within a building approaching a century old, the property will mark Nobu’s first hotel in New York and feature 139 rooms and suites, designed with a sense of calm, comfort and understated elegance. Signature suites on the upper floors will feature indoor and outdoor glass-enclosed terraces.

The culinary experience will include an intimate Nobu omakase concept, alongside a bar and lounge designed as a natural gathering place for hotel guests and New Yorkers alike. An all-day dining restaurant, spa and salon will complete the offering.

AWC will oversee the overall development of the project, including its concept and design.
