Nobu Hospitality, in partnership with property developer Salboy, introduces a £360 million vertical landmark in the heart of Manchester, home to a hotel, restaurant, and the UK’s first Nobu-branded residences.

Named Viadux 2, the 76-storey and 246-metre high tower, will rise as Manchester’s tallest building, bringing Nobu’s signature luxury hospitality and world-class dining to the city. 

The development will feature 160 hotel rooms, sophisticated event spaces, and a Nobu restaurant and bar, each reflecting the brand’s minimalist design. Alongside, 452 Nobu Residences mark the brand’s debut in the UK luxury real estate market, offering refined Japanese-inspired interiors and thoughtfully curated amenities, including an exclusive swimming pool, spa, podium garden, gym, and Nobu dining and in-room service.
